Healthy Vegetable salad
This is my version of healthy vegetables which you can eat for any of the three meals. if you want to lose weight and get trimmed.You can take any vegetable of your choice.
Take all the vegetables
Mushrooms
red capsicum
Yellow capsicum
Green capsicum
Onions
Baby corn
Carrots
Or any vegetables of your choice.
Take hung curd in a bowl and to it add garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander, salt and 1 teaspoon of tandoori masala.Mix all the above vegetables in the curd and keep them in the fridge for 3-4 hours.Let them marinade properly
Talk 3-4 drops of oil in a non stick pan and then add all the sauteed vegetables and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.Then add a tablespoon of curd and let it cook again for 2-3 minutes.
Now on high flame cook it for 5 minutes.Keep it tossing so that they wont stick to the pan.Again on low flame cook for 5 minutes and then on high flame for 3 minutes.
Now add black pepper, chilli flakes and oregano to it.Your yummy no oil salad is ready .Serve it hot along with the garlic chutney
