INGREDIENTS
Coconut Oil 1 Cup
Garlic 2- 3 Cloves
Onion 1 Small
Aloe vera Gel 1 Teaspoon
Curry Leaves 10 -15
Amla Half
Fenugreek Seeds Half Teaspoon
Heat 1 Cup Coconut Oil In a heavy bottom Pan
Add The Curry Leaves
Add The Onions
Add The chopped Garlic Cloves
Now the amla
Add the Aloe vera gel.For obtaining the gel, peel the outer layer of the aloe vera leaf and take out the gel with the help of a spoon
Add the fenugreek seeds
Keep stiring and cook the oil for 8 minutes till the curry leaves turn brown and the onions turn golden in color
When your Oil start to look like this, You can switch of the gas
When the oil cools down , strain it and store it in an Air Tight Container
Massage this oil in your hair roots and Hair Length and leave it for 2-3 hours followed by your shampoo. You can apply the oil at bed time and leave it overnight.This will strengthen the hair folicies and stop premature graying of hair as well
