Coconut and mango pudding recipe



This  is a 4 Ingredients pudding and one of my personal favorite.
Puddings are kids favorite and if made at home , they are healthy as well.If you are health conscious and want to indulge in this delicious treat then you can always use sugar free..

INGREDIENTS


 Agar- Agar -  1 Packet
coconut Milk    -   200 Ml 
Sugar according to taste
Mango  - 1 Large







 Procedure of making Coconut- Mango Pudding 


Divide Agar Agar in two parts
Take one part Agar agar and soak it in cold water for 10 minutes.
Agar agar is basically a jelly and it is used to make some foods thicker. It is easily available in the market and comes in a masala box like packing.

 



After 10 minutes take the soaked agar agar and boil it in a pan.
Keep stiring in between.
It will take 2-3 minutes to get dissolved properly.
You can use the same water for boiling in which you have soaked the agar agar 





When the agar agar gets dissolved fully, then add 2 teaspoon sugar.
You can increase or decrease the quantity of sugar according to your taste.

 



Now add 2oo ml Coconut milk to the pan



 Transfer the coconut milk and agar agar mixture to a baking dish or a rectangular tray and keep it in the freezer for 20 to 25 minutes or till the coconut milk part of the pudding gets settled.
Now the coconut milk pudding is ready
We will make the mango pudding till the time it gets settled.

  

Take the second part of Agar agar and soak it in cold water for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes take the soaked agar agar and boil it in a pan.
Keep stiring in between.
When the agar agar gets dissolved fully, then add 2 teaspoon sugar.
You can increase or decrease the quantity of sugar according to your taste.If the mangoes are ripe then add only 1 teaspoon of sugar

 



Take 1 large size mango or two small mangoes and make their puree.



Add the mango puree to the agar agar mixture and mix it properly.

 


Now transfer the mango and agar agar mixture to the coconut pudding tray which you have kept in the freezer.
Make sure the coconut pudding has settled properly.




Now keep the tray in the freezer for half an hour and let your pudding settled properly

 

After half an hour take the pudding from the freezer and cut it in squares , rectangles or whatever shape you like.
In case you want to click some pictures, do it right away because once your kids start eating it, you wont get to click any pictures.
This is so tasty that you just can `t resist it.
I just loved these puddings .Instead of buying from the market, you can easily make them at home and give your children a treat
 

 


Once you cut them into pieces, then no need to keep in the freezer.
keep them in the refrigerator

Rose flavor, strawberry flavor and lemon flavor are my kids favorite.
