How To Make Healthy Weight Loss Tomato Soup
Heat 1 Teaspoon Low Fat Butter in a Pressure Cooker
Add 1 Chopped Onion
Add 1 Chopped potato
Add 1 chopped Carrot
Add the Sabut Kali mirch, Daal cheeni and Laung
Stir all the ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes
Add the Sliced Tomatoes
Add 3 cups water and Salt to taste
Sprinkle Black pepper and just 1/4 teaspoon of cream for a nice look.
