Healthy sautéed vegetables for weight lose

Healthy Vegetable salad



This is my version of healthy vegetables which you can eat for any of the three meals. if you want to lose weight and get trimmed.You can take any vegetable of your choice.

Take all the vegetables
Mushrooms
red capsicum
Yellow capsicum
Green capsicum
Onions
Baby corn
Carrots
Or any vegetables of your choice.
 




 



Take hung curd in a bowl and to it add garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander, salt and 1 teaspoon of tandoori masala.Mix all the above vegetables in the curd and keep them in the fridge for 3-4 hours.Let them marinade properly 

 


 



 


 



Talk 3-4 drops of oil in a non stick pan and then add all the sauteed vegetables and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.Then add a tablespoon of curd and let it cook again for 2-3 minutes.



Now on high flame cook it for 5 minutes.Keep it tossing so that they wont stick to the pan.Again on low flame cook for 5 minutes and then on high flame for 3 minutes.



Now add black pepper, chilli flakes and oregano to it.Your yummy no oil salad is ready .Serve it hot along with the garlic chutney

 
 

Almond and honey face mask for removing tanning

Almond- Honey Pack for fair skin


 Take a hand full of almonds



 1 Tablespoon of honey



 2  Tablespoons of raw milk



 Juice of a lemon






Blend all the 4 ingredients in a blender and make a smooth paste.




You can also soak Almonds overnight in water and then make a paste.But i generally forget to soak almonds , the night before so i take almonds and grinding them with other ingredients.

If you will soak almonds overnight, you will get better results.

Use this mixture on face and when it gets dry, then scrub it. Spread some milk on the face with cotton ball, and wash it off with water after 20-25 minutes. It is a natural skin lightener. One will see improvement in the complexion and scars will get away over a period of time.You will notice the difference in your complexion just after the first application.

Lots of Vitamin C is there in lemon juice i.e. why it is the best toner to lighten the skin. Acne, impurities can be removed from by applying lemon juice only, and it lighten up the skin as well. Its everyone's priority to get rid of dark spots and surely it will give result faster.


Some other homemade face masks for fair skin and remove the tan and dark spots


Cucumber and lemon juice face pack


Apply the mixture of 2 tablespoons of cucumber juice and 1 table spoon of lemon juice on your face and leave it for 20-30 mins. The to clean it up use warm water and then after use cold water or ice cube to seal the pores.

Papaya and pineapple for fir skin



Skin whitening mask can be made by adding papaya and pineapple. Apply the mashed papaya and pineapple mixture on skin and wash it off after 15 minutes.

Aloe vera face pack for clear skin


Aloe vera drops will do the nourishment by mixing it in mashed mixture. To keep skin fresh and healthy, the fruits and vegetables are must, as they have antioxidants which removes the impurities and toxins and provide the vitamins to make you glow.
