Pasta arrabiata recipe

 



WHOLE WHEAT/SEMOLINA PASTA ARRABIATA 

INGREDIENTS

For Sauce


Tomatoes Chopped -  6
5-6 Cloves of garlic-  Chopped
Onions Chopped-  3
Tomato Puree of 4 tomatoes
BAsil half teaspoon
Thyme - Half teaspoon
Chilli Flakes
Tomato Ketchup
Salt to Taste
Pepper
Sugar- half Teaspoon


 

 



 Method of preparing Pasta Sauce





                                   Add 1/2  teaspoon oil in a Medium Size Pan and warm it.
Add the chopped garlic and then add the add the chopped onions

                          



 Cook the garlic and onions till they become translucent and golden brown in color



Now add the chopped tomatoes to the pan




Mix the tomatoes well and cook for 3 minutes

 

Now add 1 tspn Chili flakes and 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup 





Now add basil and thyme to the sauce   




 
  


Add 1 teaspoon sugar and cook for another 2-3 minutes 




Add the tomato puree and let it cook 



 




Now add salt and pepper and cook for another 15 minutes on medium flame




Your arrabiata sauce is ready




Method of cooking pasta



INGREDIENTS

Penne Pasta - 2 bowls
Chopped onion -1
Chopped Peppers - 1 Bowl(red yellow and green)
You can also add baby corn, mushrooms or any other vegetable you like)


Method


Take Penne pasta and cook it in Boiling water
add teaspoon of salt to it while boiling





TAke half teaspoon oil in a pan and semi cook all the vegetables
Add half teaspoon salt to it.




Add the cooked vegetables to the sauce and cook for 2 minutes


Now add the boiled pasta and mix it well
Your yummy pasta is ready to serve and eat
