Zucchini Pizza Bites
Zucchini pizza snack bites are healthy and low carb option for anyone who wants to eat healthy and loose weight.
They will fit perfectly into your low carb diet and satisfy your hunger pranks and cravings without making you break diet.Eating clean is always advisable if losing weight is your goal .They are the cutest mini snacks you could ever see and eat ofcourse....
I just make them all the time.Sometimes for snacks, sometimes for lunch and most of the times for dinner.My kids just love them.And we eat them without having the guilt of eating a bread pizza.I really wish i knew this before that pizzas could be this healthy...One more thing, if you do not want to eat cheese...Just leave it or spread just a very little cheese... You could use any toppings of your choice and make them in your own special way.
INGREDIENTS
1 Medium Zucchini
Chopped Red Capsicum
Chopped Yellow Capsicum
Chopped ONion
Grated Cheddar cheese
Salt
Black Pepper
Chilli Flakes
Oregano
Method
Take Zucchini and cut it in round slices without peeling it.
If you want larger rounds you can cut the Zucchini diagonally as well.
Keep the slices slightly thick.Do not keep them thin.
And Chop other vegetables and keep them ready
Take cheddar cheese and grate it and keep it in a plate.
take the Zucchini rounds and brush them with cooking spray/oil
Now lace the zucchini rounds on a baking tray
Preheat the oven and put the tray in the oven and bake for 3-4 minutes.
Now take out the tray
Apply some ketchup or any kind of dressing you want to apply on the zucchini circles
Now put the chopped vegetables on the zucchini circles and sprinkle salt, chili flakes, oregano and pepper.
Now bake them in the Oven for 10-15 minutes and your zucchini snack pizzas are ready.
Zucchini pizzas are so yummy and healthy.You can satisfy your pizza cravings by not breaking your diet and still eating healthy.
NOTE- If you do not want to bake them you can also cook these lovely mini pizzas in a nonstick pan .
