When it comes to weight loss, some people seems to be very impatient and he or she would attempts to do so, if that person really wants to loss the weight fast. it would not matter what the potential
consequences are. The change in the bad eating habits to a unhealthy eating habit of full or the partial self-starvation is the biggest mistake made by people when using the quick weight loss method they
found. This is definitely not the safe and healthy method. Several built-in defense mechanisms are there in human body which are designed to protect its vital organs when it senses that it's losing the weight too fast.
Not only the appearance, You can be effected in so many was by weight. Self Esteem, Health risk, depression and physical problems can be occured by this. One will feel good by losing weight.
This is the reason, people are doing their best to lose weight safely and quickly. There are lots of arguments and opinions by many people about the food intake, so it needs a consideration. Though eating too much fat could increase the weight as per facts, but rapid weight loss tricks are another concepts for consideration. The foods that gives energy that we all love to eat to keep us stable throughout the day, for this one need to decrease the volume of carbohydrates that he consume. If we want to see the results immediately, then we should consider low carbohydrate diet.Low carb diets suggests adding salads and greens in your diet and restricting the consumption of carbs to only 40-50 carbs per day.Low carb diets are great for losing weight but for me it is not possible to altogether leave all my meals and shift to low carb.Thats why I have a better option, we will take baby steps.First just change one meal of the day and lets start by changing dinner.For dinner Eat only salad for 30 days and see the change in your weight.For breakfast and Lunch eat normal healthy food.Try to stick to junk for only sundays.Rest 6 days make a resolution to eat healthy.
I know eating salads can be boring , If you have to eat them at a stretch for 10 days.I ll share 10 different salad recipes for 10 days that wont make you feel that you are eating salads everyday. These would be nutritious recipes and low carb as well.
Day 3 - Third recipe - Cucumber, pepper and Zucchini shots
INGREDIENTS
Zucchini - 1 Medium
Cucumber - 1 Large
Broccoli - 1 Small
Red Pepper
Green Pepper
Yellow Pepper
Salt
Black Pepper
Oregano
Or Any Other Italian Seasoning
Lime Juice
Take the Zucchini and cut it in small pieces without peeling it.
Cut the Cucumber in small cubes
Cut the capsicum and peppers in small cubes and cut the Broccoli in small florets.
Boil all these four veggies in water for 2 minutes
Strain the Water and Keep Them aside
Add the Boiled Vegetables to the cucumber and Zucchini
Mix all the vegetables
Add Salt, Pepper, Oregano, chili flakes, Lime juice or any other italian herb You like.
You can even add hung card or 1 tbspn mayo to this salad
Mix Well and serve it.
You can serve it in a bowl or a tray...

like eating salads in glass....A different style I guess.But eating
salad in a glass just like a Sunday doesnt make me feel as if I m eating
a Salad..It Gives a royal feeling of eating royal Icecreams and
Puddings.

Cucumber
and Zucchini are full of nutrients and almost negligible in
carbs.Eating this salad would not make you feel bore of salads and you
will enjoy this 1 month with me.
