How to make Dahi ki sabzji

 

Dahi ki Sabzi is one f the quick fix dishes which can be made instantly.all you need is curd, which is readily available in every household.Dahi ki sabzi is very yummy and full of flavor.It is spicy, tangy and delicious.The best part is, You just need 2 minutes to cook Dahi ki Sabzi.And if you are on diet and trying to loose some weight, This is the best option for you.Do not add ghee, use Olive Oil Instead.

INGREDIENTS

Curd -  1 Bowl
Salt
Garam Masala
Chili Powder
Turmeric Powder

Makes Two Servings


Method Of cooking Dahi Ki Sabzi
 

Heat a small Non stick Pan or Kadhai
And Heat half  teaspoon Ghee or refined oil
 




Add Half Teaspoon Cumin Seeds 
 



When the Cumin Seeds starts making Crackling sound , Add Salt to taste.
You can also add Curry Leaves.I like it Plain and simple so I didnt add any add ons





Add Red Chili Powder




Add 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala




 Add a pinch Of Turmeric Powder


 
  


Mix it well and add a bowl of curd
 



Mix the Curd Well with the Spices 





Take the pan off the gas within 10-15 seconds otherwise You will spoil your yummy Dahi Sabzi




This Instant Sabzi goes well with chapati and paratha.I even like having it with rice and bread.Its upto your taste.Low in calories and high in protein, Its makes an awesome meal.
